Stanroy Music Center Service Policies

Repair/Diagnosis Minimum:

$14 minimum on labor

Hourly Shop Rate:

$84/hour

We are not responsible for lost programs, sequences or other data in computer-based equipment such as keyboards, drum machines, sequencers, etc. For your own protection, we suggest that you BACK UP ANY AND ALL DATA BEFORE BRINGING THE EQUIPMENT TO US FOR SERVICE

There is a $10 documentation fee on all warranty service for items NOT purchased from Stanroy Music Center.

All repair charges are due and payable in full upon completion of work.  We may require a non-refundable deposit for special order parts or unusual repair requests.

We are not responsible for damage or loss due to fire, theft, flood, earthquake or other such causes beyond our control.

We are not responsible for equipment left over 30 days after completion of repairs. Unclaimed equipment or instruments left for more than 30 days after completion of repair shall be subject to storage charges of $2 per day commencing on the 31^st day and continuing for 30 days.  If still left unclaimed, the equipment, or instrument, will be sold to recover any repair, storage, sale and legal fees.
