Limited Service Warranty

Stanroy Music Center provides a limited, on-site, service warranty for all used non-consignment items sold through our store.  Items are warranted to the purchaser only against defective materials or workmanship.  Warranties on individual items begin on the day of purchase.  Items under this limited service warranty will be covered for 90 days on repair parts and for 1 year on repair labor.  All repairs under this limited warranty must be performed at Stanroy Music Center in order to qualify for the warranty.  

This Warranty is Subject to the Following Limitations

1. Any item that has not been purchased from Stanroy Music Center.

2. Any item that has been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident or improper use.

3. Shipping damage of any kind.

4. Normal wear & tear.

5. The subjective issue of tonal characteristics.

6. Any item upon which repairs, modifications or alterations of any kind have been performed outside of the Stanroy Music Center repair facility, once the service warranty has come into effect.

7. Any item that has had the serial number altered or tampered with.

8. Any item specifically sold "As Is".

If you must return your item for repair under the limited warranty, it must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt indicating date of purchase and a detailed description of the needed repairs.  If the item is shipped to us for repair it must be carefully packed and shipped insured.  Transportation and insurance charges to and from Stanroy Music Center are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Should the item require non-warranty repairs, a quote of repair costs will be provided prior to any repair work being performed.  Stanroy Music Center reserves the right to use materials regularly used at the time of repair in the event the original materials are no longer available. 

Stanroy Music Center provides no other warranties, expressed or implied other than those stated in this warranty.
